NADA encourages the Dealer Principal or General Manager to involve his/her department mangers—sales, service, parts, etc.—in the completion of the semiannual Dealer Attitude Survey. To facilitate this input, we have created this survey aid as tool to help obtain the opinion of your staff before completing the survey online.
